Strengthening institutions

Helios has contributed to many of Europe's aviation regulations, particularly those related to the Single European Sky. Our experience ranges from making and evaluating proposals for sector reform and price controls to conducting regulatory impact assessments and conformity assessments.

Helios helps strengthen civil aviation institutions by providing licensing, economic and regulatory expertise. The team has supported regulators in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
