Helios helps governments and regulators to develop policy and regulations. Our work ranges from supporting the introduction of new legislation, to strengthening civil aviation institutions by providing licensing, economic and regulatory expertise. We also help industry, airports and ANSPs to respond to regulatory requirements.
Our detailed understanding of international regulations means that we can reduce the risk of non-compliance. Our experience extends from supporting the development of European regulations, particularly related to the Single European Sky through process development and conformity assessment to benchmarking to support regulators in price control. Beyond Europe our teams have made and evaluated proposals for sector reform, open skies agreements, and advised on performance plans and regulatory impact assessments, both ex-ante and ex-post.
